JOHANNESBURG - The battle over e-tolls continues.
The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse is taking Sanral to court over outstanding debt collections.
Outa says attempts to engage the roads agency and government have failed, leaving legal action, the only option.
"We are happy to sit down and resolve this, but if we have to go to court to compel you to do so, then that is what we have to do," said Outa's Wayne Duvenage.
"Sadly, this is taxpayers' money that is going to be used unnecessarily to fight a battle that they have no reason to fight, quite frankly."
