JOHANNESBURG - Intercape CEO Johann Ferreira has detailed a culture of intimidation that threatens businesses in South Africa.
People with interests in the taxi industry are believed to be leading a campaign of violence against the transport company.

The courts have granted Intercape 16 judgments ordering the police, the Eastern Cape Transport MEC, and national government to keep the company’s staff and passengers safe.
The latest High Court judgment asserts the right of Intercape to load and offload passengers at the Ngcobo Police Station in the Eastern Cape.
Ferreira says the cases will continue until government does its job.
