JEFFRYS BAY - The Eastern Cape woman accused of stabbing a two-year-old girl multiple times has abandoned her application for bail.
The 59-year-old child minder accused made a quick appearance in the Humansdorp Magistrates Court.

The child's father has since welcomed this decision.
The two-year-old girl was stabbed 15 times on New Year's Eve in Jeffrey's Bay after her mother had left her with the babysitter.
While she has been discharged from the hospital, the child father says she is still traumatised.
The case has been postponed to 29 January for more investigations.
