JOHANNESBURG - Closing arguments were heard by the Judicial Conduct Tribunal probing allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct against Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge.
At the heart of the arguments are whether the explicit messages between Mbenenge and the complainant were indeed unwanted.
Tribunal chair Bernard Ngoepe will have to decide this, and what censure Mbenenge will face if found guilty.
Ngoepe described the matter as complex.
