PRETORIA - The Senzo Meyiwa trial judge has lambasted accused 1, Muzi Sibiya’s, new lawyer for abusing the system.
Advocate Charles Mnisi has requested another postponement, after already being granted a two-month adjournment to prepare for the case.

Mnisi was due to begin his cross-examination of the lead investigator, Brigadier Bongani Gininda, but said he was still not ready.
He's also threatened to withdraw from the case if he isn’t afforded more time to prepare.
Mnisi took over Sibiya’s defence following the death of attorney Thulani Mngomezulu
