Life Esidimeni | Calls for NPA to act on judgment

JOHANNESBURG - The National Prosecuting Authority is promising to prioritise the Life Esidimeni matter.

On Wednesday, Judge Mmonoa Teffo laid the blame of some of the Life Esidimeni deaths, squarely at the door of Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu and HOD Makgabo Manamela.

Her judgment has paved the way for criminal charges against the duo, immediately sparking calls for their arrest.
