Meyiwa murder trial | Madlala describes Chicco Twala visit

JOHANNESBURG - Days after Senzo Meyiwa was shot and killed, his best friend, Tumelo Madlala, says Chicco Twala arrived at the house.

He says Chicco, who was Kelly Khumalo's producer, asked if she wanted to go on holiday.

Chicco Twala is a well-known music producer and Longwe Twala’s father, one of the people who were in the house when Meyiwa was shot.

Madlala said, “I don’t know about the day, but Chicco Twala arrived, Kelly was still crying and I was also not well, she informed Chicco that was I was Senzo’s friend…Chicco asked Kelly whether she doesn’t want to go on holiday…”
