EASTERN CAPE - The Judicial Conduct Tribunal hearing into Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge is continuing.
A forensic and legal linguist, Dr Zakeera Docrat, told the tribunal some of the emojis in text messages between Eastern Cape High Court Judge President, Selby Mbenenge, and a junior staffer, have sexual connotations.

Docrat is the second expert witness testifying in the Judicial Conduct Tribunal's probe of sexual harassment allegations levelled against Mbenenge by Andiswa Mengo.
In January, Mengo told the tribunal that she repeatedly rebuffed Mbenenge's advances however Docrat found that some of Mengo's responses were flirtatious.
