Mpumalanga couple aims to raise awareness about stem cell donations

 

JOHANNESBURG - A Mpumalanga couple is embarking on an extraordinary journey.
Their mission is a 10-year campaign to raise awareness on the importance of stem cell donation.
Robin and Jolandie Lewis will crisscross three continents, visit 64 countries, and drive over 100,000 kilometres over the course of the next decade.

All this to persuade potential stem cell donors to back their call to get tested and potentially save lives.
Lewis says it's quite difficult to find a match.
