NPA will not prosecute Godongwana
SKUKUZA - The Director of Public Prosecutions in Mpumalanga has declined to prosecute Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana.
This is in relation to a case of sexual assault opened against him, last month.
The incident was alleged to have occurred at a hotel in Skukuza, Limpopo.
The NPA says after an assessment of the evidence and consultations with the complainant, she decided not to proceed with the case.
