EASTERN CAPE - Nigerian televangelist Timothy Omotoso is expected to appear in the East London Magistrate's Court this morning on immigration-related charges.
He was re-arrested on Saturday in East London, where he had been leading a "New Dawn" crusade.
This follows a decision by the Department of Home Affairs to reject his latest appeal against an earlier ruling that declared him a prohibited person.
His latest arrest comes just weeks after he was acquitted of 32 charges, including rape, human trafficking, and racketeering, in April.
