JOHANNESBURG - Earlier this week, forensic investigator, Paul O'Sullivan's legal team sent a letter of demand to the National Police Commissioner, Fanie Masemola.
O'Sullivan claims Masemola has failed to adequately deal with police officers implicated in corruption following the arrest of Crime Intelligence Head, Dumisani Khumalo, and six others.
O'Sullivan wants the commissioner to suspend the officers who accused of fraud and corruption.
Central to the case is the irregular appointment of Dineo Mokwele to brigadier without having the suitable qualifications for the job.
O'Sullivan discussed this with eNCA.
