JOHANNESBURG - North West businessman and ANC leader Suleiman Carrim has dodged the Madlanga Commission, for now.
His testimony has been postponed to 9 and 10 March after he claimed he needed more time to prepare.
This comes just a day after the High Court in Johannesburg threw out his attempt to block a subpoena.

His lawyer Kameel Premhid said the attitude of the attorneys has always been that Carrim has to come and testify in front of the commission but claims he cannot be ambushed.
"Until such time that the commission complies with its own rules to properly define the scope of enquiry, he would then be prejudiced," he said.
Carrim has been implicated in allegedly leaking police intelligence to alleged underworld kingpin Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
