KEMPTON PARK - The precious metals case involving senior police officials Feroz Khan and Ebrahim Kadwa has been postponed.
They face charges of corruption, defeating the ends of justice and contravening the Precious Metals Act along with businessman Tariq Downes.
The case will now proceed on 27 November.
Khan was arrested in May for allegedly being involved in an illicit precious metals syndicate case. He is currently out on R20,000 bail.

Khan was absent from proceedings after reports of being admitted to hospital over the weekend.
This week he also failed in his Labour Court bid to overturn his disciplinary process recommending his dismissal from the police.
He was also a no-show at a scheduled appearance at the Madlanga Commission.
The Commission now wants him to appear before it in late September.
