Presidency releases progress report on implementation of state capture report recommendations

President Cyril Ramaphosa has rejected claims that recommendations made by the Zondo Commission investigating State Capture Commission have been swept under the carpet.

On Monday the Presidency released the latest progress report on the implementation of actions arising from recommendations of the State Capture Commission.

The report says that of the 60 actions indentified in the President’s October 2022 Respond plan, 48% are complete, 23% are on track and about 30% are delayed.
