JOHANNESBURG - The R228-million SAPS tender case involving alleged underworld kingpin Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala and his co-accused has been postponed to 17 November.
The State said the National Director of Public Prosecutions has ordered a full review of the case.

This follows the collapse of its plea and sentence agreement with Matlala in July, after he rejected the proposed sentence.
The State is now asking for more time for the assessment team to complete its review and recommend on the way forward.
