Ramaphosa in Parliament's hot seat on Thursday for Q&A session

CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa will be in the National Assembly on Thursday to answer questions from MPs.

It will be his first visit since the Constitutional Court ruled that the National Assembly’s Phala Phala report vote was unconstitutional and invalid.

However, there will be no questions on the scandal – at least none that are currently on the question paper.

Among other questions, a member of the President’s party will ask Ramaphosa about the recent SA investment conference and how many jobs could be created from that.

Another ANC member will ask whether government can help students repay their debt.

A DA MP will ask about the army deployment’s success in fighting gangsterism and illegal mining.

An MKP parliamentarian will question Ramaphosa on his decision to appoint Puleng Dimpane as Acting National Police Commissioner.
