JOHANNESBURG - Bulk water supplier Rand Water will host a media briefing to provide an update on upcoming maintenance work on its infrastructure.
Planned maintenance is scheduled to begin this Thursday and continue through Monday.

The work will result in temporary water outages in parts of Johannesburg, Tshwane, and Ekurhuleni.
Rand Water says the maintenance is essential to increase system capacity and enhance plant reliability.
