JOHANNESBURG - Rand Water has been forced to reduced bulk portable water supply,
to the embattled Merafong Municipality.
The municipality owes the water supplier a staggering R1,4 billion rand.
The two parties have not been able to reach a solution, as the Merafong continuously refuses to honour its account obligations.
Rand Water spokesperson, Makenosi Maroo spoke to eNCA about their decision.
