SA witnesses in Bushiri case will have to testify in Malawi
Arrested in South Africa, pastor Shepherd Bushiri and his wife fled home to Malawi, violating their bail conditions in 2020.
JOHANNESBURG - A court has ordered that witnesses from South Africa attend the extradition case against Sheperd Bushiri in Malawi, in person.
Bushiri and his wife have been accused of fraud and money laundering in South Africa.
The couple was arrested but skipped the country in 2020 after being granted bail.
