Safety measures gazetted for e-hailing drivers

JOHANNESBURG - Safety first is the stance the department of transport is taking on e-hailing services.

As of Friday, drivers will be required to obtain official operating licenses and install panic buttons in their vehicles.

The National E-hailing Federation of South Africa's, Vhatuka Mbelengwa discussed this initiative with eNCA.
