DURBAN - Former eThekwini Mayor Zandile Gumede is back on the campaign trail.

The former mayor is raising eyebrows as she faces criminal charges of fraud, corruption and theft.

The forensic auditors who uncovered the rot has had its contract cancelled.

This means its investigations will have to stop.
