JOHANNESBURG - The Black Business Council is pleased with government's decision to terminate the electricity National State of Disaster.
The decision was announced on Wednesday by Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Thembi Nkadimeng.
"We welcome the move by the minister. We are of the view that it should not have been done in the first place because for us accountability, disclosure, openness, and transparency is part of our democracy," said Black Business Council CEO, Kganki Matabane.
