JOHANNESBURG - Lukhanyo Calata, son of one of the Cradock 4 activists, will continue with his testimony at the TRC Cases Inquiry on Monday.
The inquiry is probing delays in investigating and prosecuting TRC cases.
Calata took the witness stand last week.
He reinforced an assertion made by Human Settlements Minister Thembi Simelane that the democratic state betrayed the families of apartheid-era victims.
Calata said former Deputy Minister of Justice, John Jeffery, told him that there was a political decision not to pursue certain prosecutions.
