JOHANNESBURG - An exemplary leader is how Naptosa Executive Director, Basil Manuel says he'll remember the late Free State education MEC.
Tate Makgoe was killed in a car crash in Winburg in the early hours of Sunday morning.
His protector also died, while his driver has been hospitalised.
Manuel said, ''one thing that stands out for me, is that he himself led by example. He had love for the system of education, he loved his job...it's these type of things that gave a clear indication of who he was, he always focused on the bigger picture, and never the person, now that's the quality of a leader I wish to remember and pay tribute to."
