JOHANNESBURG - Babita Deokaran's family wants to see arrests in the Tembisa Hospital scandal, after the SIU revealed the astonishing scale of corruption there.

Deokaran was assasinated as she was uncovering the looting at the hospital.
The SIU has identified the involvement of three syndicates and at least 15 officials in the graft.
