VANDERBIJLPARK - The lawyer for the 22-year-old scholar transport driver in the deadly Vanderbijlpark crash said his client is remorseful.
Ayanda Dludla faces murder and attempted murder charges after 14 pupils were killed when his taxi collided head-on with a truck while overtaking several vehicles earlier this year.

But for the families of the deceased, remorse is not enough.
While the parents admit he tried to reach out, they insist they only want justice.
Dludla also faces charges of reckless and negligent driving, and for operating without a valid permit.
The matter has now been postponed to the 22nd of April, for the Director of Public Prosecutions to decide on the charges and where the case will ultimately be heard.
