WATCH | IEC to put stringent measures in place after leaks

JOHANNESBURG - The Independent Electoral Commission says it will put stringent measures in place following the leak of candidate lists.

The lists of the ANC and MK were leaked on Friday night.

The IEC's preliminary investigations suggest it was an internal leak.
