CAPE TOWN - Kelly Smith, Jacqen Appolis and Steveno Van Rhyn are being sentenced.
They were convicted of kidnapping and trafficking 6-year-old Joshlin Smith.
The trio are back in court for pre-sentencing proceedings in the main to set a date for the hearing.

The three were found guilty last week.
Joshlin disappeared over a year ago from her home in Middelpos, Saldanha.
Despite extensive search efforts, she remains missing.
