JOHANNESBURG - The Special Investigating Unit has been given the green light to probe the Lepelle Northern Water.
It will now be included in its investigations into the Water and Sanitation Department's "Drop the Block" project.
The SIU has been investigating the department and its implementing partner, Sedibeng Water.
The project was an eco-friendly innovation to place a block in toilet cisterns to reduce the amount of water used.
