WC mother charged after children die in fire

GRABOUW - A 35-year-old Grabouw mother will appear in court on Monday on charges of murder.

Police say she was arrested on Friday after they were called out to a shack fire in the Waterworks informal settlement.

There they found the charred bodies of two children, aged three and five.

Police later arrested the mother.
