CAPE TOWN - The Malmesbury Taxi Association is refuting claims of bullying made by a local taxi council.
It alleges that the association has been intimidating private and scholar transport clients to coerce them into using taxis.
In response to a petition with two thousand signatures from the residents of Abbotsdale, the Swartland Municipality has now established a transport liaison committee to investigate the issue.
