JOHANNESBURG - Police Minister Senzo Mchunu is back in the hot seat as MPs get a chance to grill him.
Last week, Mchunu spent two days before the Ad Hoc Committee, where the evidence leader quizzed him.
The Committee is investigating political interference and corruption within the criminal justice system.
Despite admitting to knowing Brown Mogotsi, he’s denied any influence from him on police matters.
He also informed the Committee that he had briefed the president on his decision to disband the Political Killings Task Team.
The committee’s work is set to wrap up on 28 November.
Mpho Matlala Unisa senior policing lecturer discussed the potential outcomes of Tuesday's testimony with eNCA.
