WASHINGTON, DC - US President Donald Trump has South Africa in his cross hairs. He took to X as he often does.
And South Africans woke up to the fallout from a tweet saying government is taking land and treating some people VERY BADLY in caps.
Essentially he announced that funding would be cut because of the Expropriation Act that was signed by the President recently.
Government says it has not confiscated any land. And the expropriation law will be used in the public interest whilst being guided by the constitution.
The South African Chamber of Commerce in the USA or SACCUSA has expressed deep concern over the possible impact on South African businesses.
SACCUSA President, Neil Diamond had a discussion with eNCA on this topic.
