JOHANNESBURG - The likelihood of Busisiwe Mkhwebane being reinstated position through a review process is very slim.
That's according to Casac's Lawson Naidoo.
On Monday, the majority of MPs voted in support of her removal.
This after Section 194 Committee found her guilty of misconduct and incompetence.
Mkhwebane is the first Public Protector to be removed from a Chapter 9 institution.
"Her option is to challenge the decision of Parliament through a review process," he said.
"The decision of the National Assembly will be communicated to the president who will sign off her removal.
"Her success on challenging this will be very slim."
