JOHANNESBURG - Bafana Bafana have travelled to Mexico World Cup, but the team is without assistant coach, Helman Mkhalele.
The 'Midnight Express’ has had his visa declined by the US with no explanation.
That is according to SAFA president Danny Jordaan.
The team departed 24-hours later than their planned schedule following the visa debacle, which needed an emergency committee by SAFA to resolve.

Mkhalele will have to follow the team later after his application was denied alongside head of security, Mdu Mbatha.
South Africa are due to play Jamaica in a friendly on Friday before taking on Mexico in the opening match in Mexico City.
