GLASGOW - Team South Africa have added a ninth silver medal at the Commonwealth Games.
Masala Makatu earned a second place in the Men's 100m T12 final. He reached the finish line in the time of 11.04 seconds to bag silver.
Jaco Smit finished fourth.

Meanwhile, Sinesipho Dambile cruised into the men's 200m final. Dambile strolled to a 19.82 second victory in the third semi-final.
Canada's Aaron Brown and Lachlan Kennedy settled for the second and third place respectively.
Mthi Mthimkulu missed out on qualification after finishing fourth in the second semi-final.
