JOHANNESBURG - Rassie Erasmus is set to make Springbok coaching history when South Africa tackle Scotland in the Nations Championship at Loftus Stadium on Saturday
Erasmus is set to oversee a record 55th Bok Test as head coach, breaking the previous record of 54 held by 2007 World Cup winning coach Jake White, which spanned between 2004 and 2007.

He was also director of rugby during Jacques Nienaber’s 39-Test stint as head coach, taking the tally of Bok Tests played under his guidance to 93.
Erasmus boasts a remarkable 75.93 percent win rate during his 54 matches in charge of the Boks.
Earlier this year, Erasmus’ contribution to South Africa and Sport was recognised at the highest level with the conferring of the Order of Ikhamanga in Gold.
