2024 elections | ANC, DA on campaign trail in eThekwini

DURBAN - The campaign trail is heating up.

The embattled eThekwini Municipality will see the ANC and the DA both trying to secure votes.

Irate residents have been protesting for months over dry taps and other service delivery issues.

Last week, Deputy President Paul Mashatile visited the metro after being tasked with resolving the nation's impending water catastrophe.

ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa, is expected to visit three wards in Durban as well as engage with stakeholders in Westville.

The ANC's main opposition was only 9 percent behind the DA in eThekwini in the last election.
