2024 elections | IEC to appeal Electoral Court’s MK Party judgment

JOHANNESBURG - It's round two in the IEC-MK party feud.

The Commission is taking the Jacob Zuma list decision to the Constitutional Court.

It wants the court to overturn the electoral court's judgment that allowed Zuma to contest elections.
