FREE STATE - Rapist Thabo Bester and his seven co-accused are back at the Free State High Court for their prison break matter.
Delays have marred the case and it's unlikely the trial will start any time soon.

In June, charges were dropped against a former G4S employee, while Nandipha Magudumana's father said he could not afford a lawyer.
Bester has lawyers who have confirmed they will represent him throughout the trial.
Meanwhile, Magudumana is challenging her extradition from Tanzania at the Constitutional Court.
