Cellphone data analyst expected to take stand at Meyiwa murder trial

PRETORIA - The cellphones of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will be in focus as the trial resumes on Thursday.

It was adjourned twice this week due to outstanding documents.

Cellphone data analyst Gideon Gouws is expected back on the stand for cross-examination.

He previously revealed a string of communications between all the accused.

He also testified that accused Fisokuhle Ntuli called Meyiwa's then-girlfriend Kelly Khumalo twice in the lead-up to the killing.
