Crime in SA | Cele: Hitmen are KZN originals

JOHANNESBURG - Police Minister Bheki Cele says KwaZulu-Natal is a trusted supplier of hitmen in South Africa. 

Cele was in Soweto meeting with Izinduna from hostels around Johannesburg.

He says the collaboration with leaders of the hostel community is crucial in efforts to fight crime.

"A lot of these criminals, hitmen, come from KwaZulu-Natal, I want to repeat this to you," he said.

"I have statistics."
