Former Home Affairs official nabbed for passport fraud

JOHANNESBURG - former Home Affairs official has been arrested by the Hawks after evading law enforcement for a year. 

The KwaZulu-Natal man is linked to the sale of passports to foreign nationals as part of a bigger syndicate. 

Last year, three officials were sentenced over similar offences.
