Four boys die in Philippi

CAPE TOWN - Four boys have tragically lost their lives in Philippi in the Western Cape. 

The boys are believed to have been electrocuted by exposed illegal connection wires.

The community says they have been asking Eskom to remove the illegal connections for months with no response.
