EAST LONDON - Imagine applying, spending your money, only to discover your tertiary institution isn't registered.
The Department of Higher Education and Training says this is far more common than you'd think. Deputy Minister Mimmy Gondwe witnessed this firsthand during her two-day visit to Buffalo City Metro.
