JOHANNESBURG - The financial struggle is real for Johannesburg residents.
They will soon be paying more for water, electricity, and other services. The city’s latest tariff hikes come into effect in less than two weeks.

Joburg residents are not happy to pay more for services, many of which are not even being delivered.
Officials told eNCA reporter Pule Letshwiti-Jones, that the new tariffs result from Rand Water increases, and those approved by power regulatory body, NERSA.
