SALDANHA BAY - It’s judgment day in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping trial.
After 34 days of testimony and cross-examination, Judge Nathan Erasmus is expected to deliver his long-awaited ruling today (Friday).

The six-year-old girl from Middelpos in Saldanha Bay, disappeared in February last year.
Her mother, Kelly Smith, along with Jacquen Appollis and Steveno van Rhyn, face charges of kidnapping and human trafficking in connection with the little's girl disappearance.
