JOHANNESBURG - Accused 4 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will soon know his fate in the bid to have charges against him withdrawn.
Meyiwa was shot dead at the home of his girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo, in 2014.

The State maintains it was a premeditated hit, allegedly orchestrated by Khumalo.
Mthokoziseni Maphisa argues that the State has failed to link him to the soccer star's murder.
He's therefore applying for a Section 174 discharge.
But the State insists Maphisa played a role in the murder and should answer for it.
