KZN Floods | Another body found in Ladysmith

LADYSMITH - Another body has been found in Ladysmith bringing the number of deaths in that area to 7.

Rescue teams are still searching for 11 people who are missing after heavy downpours lashed part of the country on Christmas Eve.

"There are approximately 70 rescuers on the ground with a number of K9s," said Dylan Mayrick from IPSS.

"Fortunately, we have had a good start to the search and we have recovered one body as you can see behind us. It is an adult male and the search will continue for the rest of the day."
